A matching counter does not prove a complete list. Kitlevo does not save incomplete scans; previous records remain intact. Followers and following are checked separately.
Restricted access
If Instagram limits a list, that list and a combined scan containing it are disabled. Access to the other list is not assumed. Even a public profile can show a limited list. Kitlevo does not bypass the restriction.
Counts do not match
If the expected/reported count differs from the unique accounts received, the list is not accepted as complete. Receiving 50 accounts from a profile showing 89,000 followers is not a full scan. Duplicate accounts count once; duplicates alone do not prove rate limiting.
Missing or repeated next page
Receiving 3,299 accounts is not enough if Instagram still reports more results. A missing next-page reference, repeated page or page without new accounts stops the scan. A page safety limit can also stop it. This does not prove that the account was restricted.
The total changed during scanning
Different totals across Instagram responses prevent a consistent list from being verified. Distinguish the profile counter from the response total. Include the expected and unique counts in a support request, never passwords or session cookies.
Cooldown or session warning
Stop on HTTP 429 or an explicit wait warning and follow the displayed cooldown. Do not retry repeatedly or try to bypass it by increasing speed or switching accounts. For session errors, check Instagram’s own login/security screen. There is no universal safe request count.
Private accounts and next steps
A private account requires an approved follow request. This does not remove a separate list restriction. Incomplete results are excluded from history and comparisons to prevent false unfollower reports. Review the warning, avoid unnecessary rescans and contact support if needed.
